1. Application and initial contact
Once you submit your application via our job portal, we will contact you as soon as possible.
For some positions, you may be asked to complete a technical assessment, conducted by our partner Futurepath. If this affects you, you will receive all the details by email.
2. Technical interview
Your first interview will take place with the relevant department. Here, you’ll get insights into your potential responsibilities, the team structure, working methods, and the tech stack if relevant for the role (including languages, frameworks, and tools). You’ll meet the hiring manager and team experts – sometimes even the entire team.
3. HR interview
Next, you’ll speak with our HR team. We want to understand your professional journey, your strengths, and the way you approach challenges. We’re also interested in your personal development and value concrete examples that illustrate your experience.
Just as we learn about you, we’ll also give you a clear picture of life at CARIAD and answer any questions you may have.
4. Feedback and next steps
Within 48 hours after the HR interview, you’ll receive feedback.
If we move forward together, our recruiting team will outline your contract details and inform you about the next steps.
