After you have applied for a position via our Job Portal, you will immediately receive a confirmation for your application. If you submit an application and do not received a confirmation, please also check your spam folder. We will then review your application and get in touch with you as soon as possible, in order to give you swift feedback.
Depending on the position you are applying for, you might need to undertake a technical assessment test. This will allow you to determine whether your skills and experience are a good match for the requirements of the role. We will inform you about the technical assessment via email. This is carried out by our partner Futurepath.
After a successful assessment test, the interview process will begin with the respective department and human resources. You can find more information on the interview process below.
Shortly after your interview, we will inform you about our decision. You will then receive a call from one of our HR business partners to talk you through the official offer and guide you through the next steps.
If you are keen to work for CARIAD but don’t succeed at your first attempt, please don’t give up. You are more than welcome to try again! There may well be another position which is deemed a better fit for you and your talents.
