YOUR TEAM

You will be part of a small team of top level recruiting business partner and diagnostic experts. We are constantly working on our service orientation and processes to provide the best talents for our top level managers and the board of management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Identifying and developing relationships with top talents in the IT industry
• Networking and actively engaging with senior executives to establish a talent pool for CARIAD
• Assessing and responding to the needs of your responsible Business Units
• Sourcing suitable candidates through multiple channels
• Assess candidate suitability against hiring requirements and skill needs for the position including coordination of the Management Assessment Process
• Managing complete recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, contract offering and onboarding

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed studies (e.g. psychology, business psychology) with a focus on psychological aptitude diagnostics.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with a renowned executive search firm or in a corporate environment
•  Experience with assessment centers and structured interviews.
• Knowledge of test procedures (e.g. personality and performance tests) and their evaluation.
• Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, including top management.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and make decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in English, ideally also German.
