YOUR TEAM

You will be part of a small team of top level recruiting business partner and diagnostic experts (SH-B). We are constantly working on our service orientation and processes to provide the best talents for our top level managers and the board of management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implementation of aptitude diagnostic procedures (tests, assessment centers, interviews) for various target groups.
• Design and development of diagnostic tools for personnel selection and development; coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. works council).
• Training of observers and internal stakeholders in diagnostic methods.
• Responsibility for internal selection procedures for managers, cooperation with HR development.
• Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with external and internal top talent in the tech and digital industry.

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed studies (e.g. psychology, business psychology) with a focus on psychological aptitude diagnostics.
• Several years of experience with assessment centers and structured interviews.
• Knowledge of test procedures (e.g. personality and performance tests) and their evaluation.
• Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, including top management.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and make decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in English, ideally also German.
