VP Corporate Transformation and Strategy - CLO Office (m/f/d)

YOUR TEAM

This position will be part of CARIAD’s CLO Office. You will interface with the CARIAD CLO and the Management Board on a daily basis and interact with CARIAD’s senior leadership team and VW Group senior management regularly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of VW Group’s most important transformation topic at a pivotal time.

The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking, excellent business-/partner development skills and the ability to work cross-functionally at experienced levels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage and drive the transformation within the CLO area in terms of cost reduction and efficiency 
• Manage and coordinate cross-departmental projects independently
• Development and implementation of the corporate strategy for the CLO area 
• Oversees the decision-making process and committees inside the CLO area
• Contribute to the partner management strategy of the CLO area 
• Driving and tracking  of efficiency measures
• Partnering and Stakeholder management within all management levels in CARIAD and the VW Group
• Support of the CLO in the conceptual development and coordination of strategic, procedural and operational management topics
• Foster cross-divisional exchange with CARIAD’s divisions & central units
• Serve as part of the management team and proactively take ownership for tasks beyond your own area of responsibility

WHO YOU ARE

• Academic (Post-) Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or comparable qualification
• At least 10 years experience in a tech company  or management consulting or OEM
• Proven track record in driving transformation & strategy projects with cost and efficiency focus is essential 
• Strong project management skills (demonstrated experience in managing high priority complex projects with several C-level stakeholders in short time)
• Maintaining confidentiality, trustworthiness and integrity in handling sensitive and personal information related to the organization
• Strong and empathetic communication and self-organization, solution-oriented mindset and executive stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, high-level of professionalism, proactiveness, resilience and service orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in German being an advantage
