YOUR TEAM

As part of the "FA Accounting & Tax" division, our team manages treasury, tax, and export control tasks for CARIAD SE and its subgroup. We collaborate closely with Volkswagen Group’s Tax and Treasury departments to ensure compliance and optimize processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Withholding Tax (WHT): Manage declarations, improve processes, and advise on WHT-related topics for CARIAD SE.
• Transfer Pricing: Evaluate and assess transactions, intercompany agreements, and documentation, including the Sub-Masterfile and Local File updates.
• Tax Compliance: Fulfill TAX Compliance Management System (TCMS) requirements.
• Advisory: Provide ongoing tax advice for group companies, M&A transactions, and specialized departments, preparing impactful statements and presentations.
• Projects: Contribute to strategic projects and tasks in collaboration with other teams.

WHO YOU ARE

• Education: A degree in Business Administration, Law, Taxation, or a related field. A qualification as a certified Tax Consultant (Steuerberater) is a plus.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in a global corporate environment, preferably in tax, compliance, or related roles.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage complex topics.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English to facilitate seamless communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Personal Attributes: We value curiosity, a forward-thinking approach, and a commitment to fostering diversity and collaboration.
