YOUR TEAM

Our "Delivery Management" team is seeking a motivated working student to support the project management head unit. You'll contribute to the overall delivery of cutting-edge software for electric vehicles across all volume brands within the Volkswagen Group.

The "Delivery Unit E³ 1.1" holds full economic responsibility over the entire lifecycle of the E³ architectures—from initial requirements through to release and ongoing field support. Our tasks include coordinating customer needs, overseeing the Tech Centers in product development, monitoring project progress holistically, and resolving goal conflicts. We serve as the key interface between the delivery unit and the brands.

As a working student, you'll gain valuable expertise in managing large-scale software projects, learning the methodologies, processes, and tools essential to our operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prepare, analyse, and monitor key project content using Jira and Confluence
  • Assist project management with day-to-day tasks
  • Propose improvements to existing processes, methods and tools
  • Support with the preparation and facilitation of the meetings, including those with senior management

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled in industrial engineering, economics, business informatics, or equivalent field
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive in your approach
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Fluent in both German and English
