YOUR TEAM

Our "Platform Architecture" team is seeking an intern to support us during the crucial ramp-up and setup phase. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with budget management, capacity planning, task coordination, and process implementation.

The SDVHub System Safety team focuses on developing safety mechanisms for SDV vehicles. Currently in the ramp-up phase, our department ensures that the products we develop meet stringent safety requirements and are designed using appropriate processes. Our top priorities are innovation, safety, and regulatory compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist in managing safety lifecycle development projects using agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional safety teams within CARIAD and the VW Group to ensure seamless implementation of agile practices in the safety lifecycle
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Participate in and support PI planning and sprint planning activities, including maintaining project backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and helping the team achieve sprint goals
  • Assist in preparing safety lifecycle project reports, tracking performance metrics, and conducting sprint retrospectives to assess team efficiency
  • Support change management initiatives related to the transformation process

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled Master's student in Digital Transformation, Business, or equivalent field
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles
  • Proficient in communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira
  • Fluent in English
