YOUR TEAM

As (Senior) Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO) at CARIAD, you can expect a dynamic organization with diverse and varied tasks. In your role, you will comprehensively support the CPO in coordinative, operational, and project-related work to ensure seamless office operations. You will be responsible for the preparation of meetings and events as well as for internal correspondence and communication. You will represent the board member in their area of competence and in project work. This position provides the opportunity for growth and development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and coordinate cross-departmental projects independently
  • Design concepts and prepare presentations/reports, while tracking tasks and open points
  • Handle administrative and organizational tasks for the CPO
  • Prepare, plan, and moderate both internal and external events
  • Plan, organize, and conduct meetings, regular appointments, and workshops
  • Contribute to the development of the communication strategy and manage stakeholder interactions for the CPO

WHO YOU ARE

  • Educational background in Business Administration or a similar field; alternatively, a comparable qualification
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with senior management (board level)
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, adaptability, and dedication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, and a strong communicator
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Openness to travel extensively within Germany for business purposes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German are required
