Internship / Working Student - Quality Center of Competence Finance (m/f/d)

We’re uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud. Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.

Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM

Our "Quality Center of Competence" is looking for an intern or working student to support our team in driving the process improvement within purchasing.

In our team, we work on built-in quality across all products in CARIAD. We establish quality management processes in order to master this complexity consistently. These processes aim at strengthening holistic product development with integrated methods and digital platforms. 

You will be involved in a small team which provides information relevant for decision-making for all the processes in dashboards, reports and analysis regarding project information as well as organizational KPIs and OKRs (objectives and key results). Join us in optimizing the processes for our various product development in Cariad. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare financial reports and analysis of financial data
• Implement Jira ticket system for procurement processes
• Update and maintain all the relevant information and decision-making process in procurement
• Participate and support the team in a variety of projects for process optimization

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in the area of business administration, economics or equivalent field
• Familiarity in finance & controlling
• Proactive, responsible and structured way of working
• Fluent in English. German would be beneficial
• Experience with project managment (ie. during enrolled courses in school/ university) or previous internships
• Experience with Jira and Confluence would be beneficial
