YOUR TEAM

The CARIAD Integration Test Center (TI-3) is responsible for the development of the test concepts, test infrastructure, and operations to ensure validated software releases for the use in vehicle projects of all Volkswagen brands.

The department “Test Management and Automation (TI-33) as part of TI-3 is a key enabler to achieve this goal. In order to optimize test operations both comprehensive test management and technically sound test concept development is mandatory. We are looking for new colleagues who are experienced in state-of-the-art Automotive Software Testing and are eager to build a powerful team to support the development of the leading automotive tech stack.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define, drive and track all required testing activities for the defined integration sprints as committed by TI-3
• Report transparent status of results of infrastructure development and testing activities to the management
• Drive alignment with defect management teams
• Responsible for alignment with brands in the solution train testing activities
• Track timely availability of required technical test concepts
• Track timely build of required test infrastructure and availability of required test resources (both internal and external resources)
• Drive escalation of priority topics
• Responsible for documentation according to applicable standards (e.g. ISO)
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Drive agile working methods according to CARIAD development methodology
• Drive communication with all required internal and external development partners

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in a relevant engineering, science, mathematics, software or information technology field is required
• More than 3 years of professional experience in automotive program management
• More than 3 years of professional experience in automotive testing
• More than 2 years of professional experience in automotive architectures and communication systems (e.g., CAN, Ethernet)
• Innovative and courageous thinking in order to define and implement cutting-edge technology solutions
• Strong language proficiency in English and German (oral and written)
