Project Lead SWC Integration - ADAS Domain Compute Platform (m/f/d)

YOUR TEAM

Your working area is in the integration of assisted and automated driving functions in our central ADAS compute platform. Your main focus is on the integration of parts and software components to a working system that can be experienced in our premium vehicle. Your role is right at the heart of the function development team for the next level of driver assistance systems. Together with the feature developers you deliver a gradually improving product experience during the development and with the final software and system.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Central interface for all function participants such as driving functions, parking, safety and coordination of our internal integration team
• Define requirements for a software component for successful integration on the hardware platform
• Project lead for the software component supplier and work with an internal team focused on software component integration and platform integration and strong cooperation with external software component suppliers
• Perform interface analysis at both software component and vehicle communication bus level to generate a functioning system
• Responsible for the integration process at system level (sensors & ECUs), including all necessary workshops around the vehicle and relevant test sites
• Stay in close contact with our feature team to align your integration goals and provide guidance on technical challenges
• Achieve full functional integration in the vehicle at predetermined milestones to experience the product in real life

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in engineering, natural sciences or mathematics
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Technical Integration Engineering
• Experienced in the development of processes and in the presentation of topics
• In-depth knowledge of software integration, driver assistance functions and automated driving is required
• Very good communication skills, networked and comprehensive thinking as well as creative and structured working methods
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
